Plagiarism is a hot, current topic in education. There are a lot of plagiarism checkers that you can use to check students' work and Turnitin is used by a number of institutions but there are also free online sites that students might want to use to check their work before submitting it. Grammarly, Viper, Plag Tracker, Dupli Checker, Plagium are just a few of these. You may want to have a look at them to see if they are of use to you.

I confess that I have not visited and updated this blog for a while and one of the reasons for this is my discovery of Evernote. This is a tool that can be used to store any information and group related ideas in notebooks or relate adn search for them using tags. Whatebver you want to record, you can do it using this tool. Evernote can be downloaded to a PC onto a smartphone or used on the web. This makes it even more useful - you can access your work wherever you are. You can even share your notebooks with interested others if you want.
